Verification states reflect completed checks only. Email and self-declared age are not identity verification. Read the Verification page before relying on a badge.
Scam Shield and link warnings
OdoMatch can accumulate risk signals such as repeated spam, money or gift-card requests, crypto solicitation, suspicious links, repeat blocks and verification failures. A single signal does not automatically label someone a scammer. Never send money or financial credentials.
Dating and video-call safety
- Keep early conversations and calls inside OdoMatch.
- Decline sexual pressure, threats or requests to move platforms.
- Camera-off calling remains available; calls are not recorded automatically.
- No service can guarantee prevention of screenshots or screen recording.
Date safety and Share My OdoDate
Meet publicly, arrange your own transport, keep your phone charged and tell someone you trust. Share My OdoDate is available only when its feature flag and workflow are enabled.
Block Contacts and Blocked Users
Signed-in members can manage blocked contacts and users from Settings. Blocking takes effect across discovery, matching, chat, calls and future interaction.
Private Photos and View Once
These are separate from public profile photos and OdoClips. Access must be granted explicitly and revoked after blocking or unmatching. View Once does not claim screenshot prevention.
Report a concern
Report fake profiles, harassment, sexual misconduct, threats, scams, underage concerns, hate, impersonation, spam or other unsafe conduct from the relevant profile or conversation. Immediate danger belongs with local emergency services.
Privacy and account security
Use a unique password, protect email access and never share one-time codes. Review discovery, communication, notification and deletion controls in Settings.
